Dwyer’s application for an agricultural and forestal district, the commissioners had finally dotted all the legal "i"s and crossed all the technical “f’s in the lengthy and complicated procedures for public notice.

Foster, Jr. (19 acres) in addition to Dwyer’s 1,050 acres.
The planners denied a tagon request from Linda Dietel for a 196-acre tract, determining that the parcel lay outside the one mile distance limit from the core of the proposed district. Dwyer’s 1,050 acres.
