Strickler

L. Wayne Strickler, 43, of Luray died Saturday, February 13, 1982 at his residence.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. O. L. Martin. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.

He was born March 23. 1938 in Page County and was the son of Pearl Kibler Strickler of Luray and the late Lynn S. Strickler. A wellknown Page County auctioneer, Mr. Strickler operated the Blue Ridge Auction House near Luray.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Betty Berry Strickler and a son, Nathan Wayne Strickler of Luray.
