(EST), the following property to-wit: "Beginning at a nail in the hard top center line of Amissville-Viewtown Road, Route No. 641 499 feet southwest of the stone monument, corner of Puller Hughes and Amissville Colored Baptist Church lot, No 27° W 285 ft. to iron pipe; thence S 61° W 150 ft. to iron pipe; thence S 27° E 285 ft. to nail in center line of above mentioned road and along the road N 65° E 150 ft. to point of beginning and containing one acre." This is the same and identical land acquired hv the Trustees of the Amissville Full Gospel Church from Puller A. Hughes and Virginia E. Hughes, his wife, by deed dated lanuary 22, 1957, and recorded January 2 3, 1957, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 66, at page 262.
