It was patently impossible to discuss the need for the proposed new, $25,000 per year senior administrator without discussion of our new Administrator’s arrangements to date, whether it needs additional help and why, and so forth. You saw the Board excuse the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent from the Board Room in order that we could carry on a completely uninhibited discussion of this, the other excepted subjects, which reason dictates, the law provides for, and the taxpayer desires.
