First Baptist The Deacons and Deaconesses of the First Baptist Church will hold their annual celebration on Sunday, May 1 at 3 p.m. at the church. The Rev. William Gibbs of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church at Happy Creek will "be the guest speaker. He will be accompanied by his congregation. Lunch will be served in the Church’s Dining Hall directly after the regular services. All sister churches are invited to attend. All deaconesses are asked to wear white.
