Building Camp

Week long “design-ai^lbuild” experiences will begin June 13 at SPECTRA School in Flint Hill.

The $375 cost includes seven days lodging and meals, instruction, tools, and materials. In addition to designing and building, students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops given by area artists.

Other activities include horse-back riding, hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and gardening. The camp is built around the SPECTRA School’s philosophy of providing an opportunity to become more aware of oneself and one’s environment through group activities, architecture and building.

More information on the building camp and other SPECTRA programs is available at 356-1991 in McLean or 703-675-3288 in Flint Hill.
