NOTICE

NOTICE The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has recaived and forwarded to tha Advisory Committee, an application tor a tag-on to tha axMing Nad Johnaon Agricultural and Foraatal District in tha Pladmont Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia Tha application it mada pursuant to Chapter 26, Section 15.1 - 1509 of tha Coda of Virginia, 1950 as amended. Pursuant to Section 15.1-1511 of tha Coda of Virginia, notice is hereby given of tha following. (i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to the public Inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors. (H) Any municipality whose territory encompasses or is part of tha proposed district may propose a modification in any form deemed appropriate by such municipality.

(Hi) Any such modification must be filed with the local Planning Commission within thirty (30) days of tha filing of the original proposal. (tv) a) The proposed district includes aM lands intended to be included in the district and no further proposals by tha owners desiring such district will be considered at tha time of such application. b) Any owner included in the proposal may withdraw his land, in whole or in part, at anytime until the local governing body makes a final decision as to the constitution of the district. c) Additional qualifying lands may be added to this district after its creation upon separate application pursuant to Chapter 26 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended at any time following such creation.

(v) At the termination of a 30-day period from the date of the filing of said application, the proposal and propoeed modifications will be submitted to the Board of Supervisors and the Advisory Committee. There after a public hearing will be held on the proposal and any propoeed modifications.
