“Aerobics,” a related activity of carefully choreographed routines filled the Gay Street Theater to overflowing to reveal in the humor of the precisely trained “Breakenoids” from Prince William County plus several Rappahannock assistants. Their intent to amuse found delighted response in the receptive audience. Their concentration and skill were admirable.
