Nellie Biggers Boston Resident Nellie Catherine Powers Biggers, 79, of Boston, died Saturday, April 21, 1984, at the Orange Nursing Home. Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday at the Precious Blood Catholic Church by Father Maurice du CastiUon. Burial was at Fairview Cemetery. ‘ - Survivors include one son, Joseph G. Powers of Boston; a daughter, Barbara Lyon of Culpeper; one brother, George Butler of Flowery Branch, Ga.; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Moody Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
