The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of a tract of land of which John Franklin FI inn (a/k/a John Franklin Flynn), died seized and possessed of. located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land being described by deed recorded in Deed Book 0 at Page 39 amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office Of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as is more fully recited in the Bill of Complaint filed herein
An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the addresses of Dorothy Flynn, Robert T. Flynn, Jr., Caron F. White, Daryl Flynn, Marshall Flynn, Debbie Flynn, Keith Flynn, Clara F. Tolbert, Carol’F. Mallory, Cynthia F. Capers, Cheryl F. Hollman, Martha Marshall, Lucy Flynn, Rose Flynn, Frank Flynn and Elizabeth Flynn, K they be living, are unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of thi? suit whose names —aed/pr addresses, are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made > said parties defendant by the general description, PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is therefore
