Lyle R. Starks

Lyle Robert Starks of Washington, died Monday, June 17 at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Perry Point, Maryland.
Mr. Starks was a native of Rappahannock County.
He is survived by two daughters, Daria M. Starks and Cheryl A. Starks, both of Washington, D.C.; three sons, Emmitt Starks of Amissville, Irving O. Starks of Washington and Otto Starks of Washington, D.C. and two grandchildren.
Additional survivors include four sisters, Esther Whitehead, IrisC. Hill, Irma V. Kohl, all of Washington D.C. and Aurelia Fuller of New York City, New York.
A chapel service was conducted at the W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper on Thursday. Burial was in Culpeper National Cemetery.
