For instance, did you know that Rappahannock residents dispose of more trash than the national average? Del does. Or, did you know that the dump near Flint Hill is the most heavily-used dumpster in the county? Del knows that, too. Why does Del Price know these things? He’s made it his business- and the county’s - to research it. Price is chairman of a volunteer group which assigned itself to the duty of finding a site at which the county’s trash can be disposed.
