Mr. and Mrs. William Fincham spent Sunday with Mrs. Eva Woodard in Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier returned home Friday after a trip to Georgia.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fincham of Culpeper were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Fincham and Peggy- Other recent guests have been Bob McLaughlin of Brooklyn, Maine, and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Fincham and Donna of Culpeper.
On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Cave and Tonya and the Raymond Fincham family visited E. A. Cave and family in Stanley.
On July 28, Mrs. Tommy Hensley and Mrs. Olive Sauter hosted a dinner party at Graves Mountain Lodge in honor of Ruby Hensley’s birthday. Those gathering to celebrate the occasion with her were Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Johnston of Brightwood, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hensley and Frankie, Mr. and Mrs. John Bobbit, Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Jenkins, Mrs. Frances Bunch, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hensley, Vernon Bunch and Jane Kratochriel, all of Culpeper, Mrs. and Mrs. Thomas S. Hensley, Sr., and Tommy Hensley, Susan and Trey.
Mrs. Beulah Alger, with her daughter Louise and grandson Randy, visited Mrs. Mae Jenkins Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Huffman.
Those enjoying the hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill during the past week have included Mrs. Harry Morrison of Winchester on Wednesday, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Buchanon and son Brandon of Manassas on Thursday, and Mr. and Mrs. James Butler of Arlington on Friday. Evening callers were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan, Mrs. George Butler and Mrs. Lattie Johnston. Capt. John Warren, their pastor, concluded the week with a visit on Saturday.
