Grover C. Fincham

Grover Cleveland Fincham, 81, of 2435 First St., Middletown, died Tuesday, July 30, in Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Fincham was bom February 28, 1904, in Rappahannock County, the son of the late Oscar and Myrtle Horton Fincham. He was retired after 21 years as an orchardist and maintenance man at Wayside Inn in Middletown.

Mr. Fincham was a member of Slate Mills Baptist Church.

His survivors include his wife, Ellen Kline Fincham; two stepdaughters, Donna Fessler of Capon Bridge, W. Va., and Deborah Pigeon of Winchester; two brothers, Walter Fincham of White Post and Silas Fincham of Winchester; and two sisters, Janie Streets and Molly Fincham, both of Culpeper.

A funeral was conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Stover Funeral Home, Strasburg, by the Rev. David E. Olson. Burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Middletown.
