Terry Jenkins of Chantilly was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Stan Settle of Bealeton, the bride’s brother, Phil Settle of Orange Park, Fla., the bride’s twin brother, Jay Marshall and Chuck Mills of Manassas.
Michael Jenkins of Orange, cousin of the bride, was ringbearer.
The reception was held at the church fellowship hall.
After a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, the couple is living in Chillicothe, Ohio, where Mr. Jenkins is employed by Mead Paper Corporation.
The rehearsal dinner was given by the groom’s parents at the Culpeper Holiday Inn.
