One of the Wakefield semifinalists, Sean Bennett, was the only student in the nation to achieve a perfect score on the test last fall.
In addition to the four Semifinalists, six other Wakefield seniors have been named National Merit Commended Students for 1986. These students scored in the top two percent of graduating seniors in the country.
Included in this category are Annie Dunning, Adrian Filipi, Ed McGushin, David Norris, Theo Larrieu, and Brad Pendergraph.
The ten seniors receiving Na- I tional Merit honors for 1986 constitute over one-third of Wakefield’s senior class.
