Mary Hudson
Mary Eubank Hudson, 48, of Washington, died Nov. 14 at Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. A native and lifetime resident of Rappahannock County, she was employed by Aileen Knitwear, Flint Hill.
She is survived by her husband Herndon C. Hudson of Washington, two daughters, Mary H. Smoot of Front Royal and Sandra H. Hitt of Woodville, a son Milton C. Hudson of Washington, her mother Frances Grimsley Eubank of Washington, a sister Betty Menefee of Sterling Park, two brothers, John R. Eubank Jr. of Sperryville and Robert S. Eubank of Washington, and two grandchildren.
She was a member of the Washington Baptist Church, where her funeral service was conducted Nov. 17 by Rev. Steve Scoggin and Rev. William Harrison. Interment was at Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Charles Wigal, Newbill Miller, Calvin Racer, Mike Brown, Charles Currence, Wayne Walker, Leon Hutcherson and Charlie Corder III.
SillV. Riley
Sill Vannais Riley, 61, of Front Royal, died Nov. 14 in the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Martinsburg, W. Va.
Mr. Riley was bom Dec. 2, 1924, in Washington, son of the late Joseph and Lilly Welch Riley. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Riley of Front Royal and David Riley of Centreville, a daughter Linda Corbin of Front Royal, two
