Having been requested by James W. Fletcher, Executor of the Estate of Herbert S. Barksdale, Deceased, and having determined that it is appropriate to appoint a time and place for receiving proof of debts and demands against said decedent, or his estate, all persons interested are hereby notified that I have fixed the 3rd day of December, 1986, at 12:00 noon, as the time and my office at the Court House in Washington, Virginia, as the place for taking proof of such debts and demands.
