Caroling
The Sperryville United Methodist Church will go caroling on Sunday, Dec. 21. All carolers are to meet at the church at 6 p.m. Anyone interested in participating is wel-f come to join. k
Living nativity f |
The Rappahannock County United Methodist Churches will present a living nativity scene. The Birth of the Christ Child will be reenacted on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 6 until 8:30 p.m. in the red shed on Route 211 a half mile east of the town of Washington. Live animals are used for the pageant. The hillside display can be viewed from the road. Visitors may also walk up the pathway bordered by luminaries to the shed where they can hear as well as see the Christmas story.
