An act of faith
To the editor:
In regard to the decision facing the Board of Supervisors about whether to accept the Literary Loan for RCHS’s proposed expansion, I believe that now is the time for our community to engage in PRODUCTIVE thinking instead of SCARCITY thinking.
We are an industrious and imaginative people. We are capable of expanding resources. Organizations in Rappahannock such as the Child Care and Learning Center, the Small Farmers’ Market, the Library, the Lions Club and RAAC attest to the ability of our communinty to provide facilities and services by citizens joining together. With due respect for an honest evaluation of limits, this nation was founded on the premise that its people can build
