the board worked closely with Mr. Latham, added, “He was a fine man; one of the fairest men I’ve known in terms of making decisions about the county. I can’t say enough about him . . . He will be terribly missed.”
Mr. Latham was 62 years old when he died. He is survived by his wife, Mary; a daughter and two sons.
