Andrew Ramsey Williams, 66, of < Chester Gap, died Dec. 9 in Harpers Ferry, W. Va.
Mr. Williams was born March 18, 1920, in Rappahannock County, son of the late Noah S. and Sarah Shelton Williams.
A veteran of Army service during World War II, he was a former employee of American Viscose Corp. in Front Royal. For 24 years he was a supervisor for the John L. Renshaw Co. of Beltsville, Md.
Surviving are his wife Sarah , Showers Williams, two sons, Joe Williams of Chester Gap and Andrew J. Williams of Culpeper, two daughters, Shelby J. Daniel of Newport News and Judy L. Harris of Goode, three brothers, Bradley Williams of Chester Gap, Bossie Williams of Front Royal and Arnold Williams of Browntown, two sisters, Bertha Williams of Chester Gap and Mary Helen Mahoney of Front
