I The Commission has scheduled a public hearing before a I Hearing Examiner to commence at 10:00 a.m., January 27,1988,1 in the Commission’s 3rd Floor Courtroom, Jefferson Building,! Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia for the purpose of I receiving evidence related to the establishment of the rates to be I paid by Potomac Edison to cogenerators and small power! producers. I All testimony, exhibits, and other data filed by Potomac Edison I will be available for public inspection at all company offices in I Virginia where bills may be paid, and at the Commission’s I Document Control Center, Floor B-1, Jefferson Building,l Richmond, Virginia. I Any interested person (public witness) desiring to make a I statement at the hearing should appear in the Commission's 3rd I Floor Courtroom at 9:45 a.m. on the hearing date and identify! himself or herself to the Bailiff.
