Rosters for all Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department sports leagues are available now at the offices at 62 Culpeper Street in Warrenton. All interested teams must submit a completed roster along with the base entry fee for the league and a forfeiture deposit of $25 by Jan. 7. The winter session runs from Jan. 18 through Mar. 11.
Five leagues will be offered during the winter session: adult basketball; over 30, 3-on-3 recreational basketball; over 35, 4-on-4 recreational basketball; coed volleyball (‘A’ and ‘B’ divisions); and indoor soccer for teens. Adult basketball, coed volleyball and indoor soccer will be held at Warrenton Junior High School; over 30, 3-on-3 recreational basketball at Taylor Junior High School; and over 35, 4-on-4 recreational basketball at Cedar Lee Junior High School.
