Cooking for healthy hearts
The Rappahannock County Extension | Office is sponsoring the American Heart ; Association's "Culinary Hearts Kitchen" I cooking course. The six-week course will ; be held each Tuesday evening beginning : Feb. 21, at Trinity Church in Washington. : According to home extension agent Sandra ; Richardson, the course is designed to help : people plan meals which are low in ; calories, fat and cholesterol — three of the ; major contributors to increased risk of heart • disease.
