The above free lecture by John Waldeck, M.S.W., will be the final lecture in the series of “Know Your Heart” lectures presented by Fauquier Hospital in honor of National Heart Month.
The lecture will be held in the Fauquier Hospital Education Center at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22 and will provide an overview of stress, its origins, complications and types and will offer practical tips on handling stress.
