2 Tbsp. sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
1 package unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup water, at room temperature
1 10-ounce package quick-thaw frozen raspberries, thawed
1. In medium-size bowl, toss strawberries with sugar. Let stand 15 minutes. In measuring cup, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water. Let stand 10 minutes to soften. In small saucepan, heat 1 inch of water to boiling.
2. Add thawed raspberries to strawberries along with remaining 1/2 cup water. Place cup of softened gelatin in saucepan of boiling water. Remove from heat and let stand, stirring occasionally, until dissolved.
