Trophy Day set
The Amissville Baseball League will hold a picnic and “Trophy Day” on Aug. 19. Awards will be presented as well as a drawing for an autographed Redskins football donated by Rick Hunt Ford and a Radskins jacket donated by Rankins Sporting Goods. Winners need not be present. The kids are now selling tickets for $1; contest will last until Aug. 19. The community is invited to visit Stuart Field evenings and Saturdays to support the teams and share in the excitement.
