Art show to honor Drive Middle Street Gallery will host “The Skyline Show” Sept. 23-Oct. 22 in conjunction with the National Park Service’s 50th Anniversary Celebaration of Skyline Drive. Paintings, sculptures, photograph and collage will be included. There are no style limitations. Contents may be inspired by landscape, animal and plant life, people of or in the area, and historical references. Uniqueness of vision, imagination of execution and quality of craft are sought. The show will be juried by Berthold Schmutzhard, Head of Painting and Drawing at the Corcoran Museum School of Art and will be nationally publicized through the Park Service.
