PUBLICATION

The object of the abovestyled cause is for Complainant to obtain a divorce from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart, without any cohabitation and without interruption, for a period in excess of one (1) year, pursuant to Sec. 20-91(9), Code of Virginia (1950) as amended.

An affidavit having been filed that the Complainant has used due dileqence to locate the Defenoant and has been unable to do so, and Complainant is not aware of the Defendant s last known post office address other than the residence in which the parties' last cohabited together as man and wife, in November of 1979, namely Viscoes Avenue, Front Royal, County of Warren, Virginia. The Clerk doth grant and enter this order of publication this 21st day of July, 1989.

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Defendant appear on or before the 31st day of October, 1989, at 4:00 p.m., at the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County which date and time satisfy the statutory time requirements set forth in Sec. 8.01-317 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, and published therein. ENTER: s, Louise C Ellis
