Her teaching experience includes a year with the education department of the Museum of Natural History in New York, where she taught collage and drawing to children and the elderly. She is a graduate of Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio, and Beacon College in Washington, D.C. She is now interim director of Middle Street Gallery, a non-profit artists’ cooperative in Washington.
