Mrs. R.E. Kinneman, the owner of Designer’s Choice in Culpeper, presented the program for the Nov. 15 meeting of the Rappahannock County Garden Club. Christmas decorations were the focus of her talk, which began with decorations for front doors and continued with arrangements for inside the home.
During the business portion of the meeting, plans were formulated for the Christmas greens workshop to be held during the week of Dec. 4.
