• debated Trinity Episcopal Church’s plan to conceal the metal fire doors on its furnace room, which front on Middle St. across from the gallery. The church had proposed lattice doors on a frame placed in front of the doorway. Jay Monroe proposed that a wooden panel be attached to the front of the existing doors, rather than building yet another doorframe. “We would prefer not to hang them on the building. That old building has been punched enough.”
