His next priority is to change the look of the present cafe to something with more of a country appeal. “Something to fit in with the sign,” Mr. Huff said, adding the slow winter months may be the time for the change.
He feels the rush of this season
with tourist business and opening — will slow as winter creeps into the county.
Maybe that’s the time for a grand opening.
“Maybe,” Mr. Huff said with a far-away look. “I would like to do something to thank all the people who have helped to make it happen.”
