Funds will be targeted toward practices that save the most soil. No cost share will be paid on any practice that is started before committee approval, the spokesman emphasized.
Soil tests are required for practices involving lime and fertilizer. Tests made within two years are acceptable. Bring samples or soil test results sheet when applying for the cost-share program.
