But, Rappahannock’s citizens are the mainstay of his breakfast and dinner clientele.

Mr. Huff wants to appeal to the Rappahannock 'diner — he wants to see their “face not just at breakfast, but for lunch or for dinner.”

His dinner prices range from $5.95 for a fried-chicken dinner to the most expensive New York Strip steak, at $10.95.
