He feels that his eight years’ experience with food service in Rappahannock prepares him for what the county’s residents are looking for in a meal, as well as giving him insight into where to purchase the best cuts of meat and the most perfect vegetables.
“It’s moderately priced to fit almost any budget,” he said of his menu prices, “And, most of it is prepared right back there,” he motioned to the tiny open kitchen behind the counter.
