Mark Bailey all voting “aye.” Mrs. Parrish, one of the LOMP partners, abstained.

The planners cited the failure to comply with septic field regulations, failure to comply with right-of-way dedication requirements, the lack of homeowners’ association documents, the lack of a construction estimate, no letter from the Water Authority certifying adequate available taps to serve the proposed homes, missing language on the plat regarding the merger of two small lots into one parcel and the lack of reference to drainfield easements on the plat.

The Town Council will consider the subdivision application at its meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 13. Although the Planning Commission’s recommendation is not binding, it is one of the factors which the council members will consider in making their decision on approval of the subdivision request.
