RCHS tech
students win
competition
Rappahannock High student Joe Dunagan was elected Northern Region president of Technology Students of America (TSA) at the club’s regional competition at Annandale High School March 9.
He also won first place in the architectural division and was third in extemporaneous speaking. Mr. Dunagan was one of several RCHS chapter members who garnered awards.
Jeremy Tole took third place for engineering graphic analysis and second for technical report writing, Randy Earley won second in extemporaneous speaking, Tucker Rogers was third in technical report writing and Douglas Kirkpatrick was first in technical report writing and second in extemporaneous speaking.
David Barney came in third in safety illustration.
The state competition will be held in Richmond in April.
