Chester Gap benefit dinner
The Chester Gap Volunteer Fire Department will sponsor a roast beef and ham dinner on Saturday, March 23 at the fire hall from 4 to 8 p.m. Cost is $8 for adults, children 12 and under $4.
Retired teachers to meet

Christian aerobics
Aerobics exercise to contemporary Christian music is being offered to women in the community at Washington Baptist Church at 9:15 a.m. every Thursday morning. Oldway Craft Village of Sperryville is now accepting applications for the fourth annual Old way Demonstrating Craft Festival on Memorial Day weekend. RAAC presents
gospel concert
RAAC is sponsoring a gospel concert to be held at the historic Washington Baptist Church in Washington on Sunday, March 24 at 3 p.m. The concert will feature The Brothers, a nationally recognized Southern Gospel group and The Voices of Inspiration from Flint Hill. Adult acting classes
Olde Towne Theatre Company has moved their Adult Acting Class from Town Hall to the newly named The Theatre at Washington, Virginia (formerly the Gay Street Theatre). Class is held Tuesday evenings 7:30 to 9:30 and is open to on-going enrollment. Fee is $25 monthly. Call 703-675-1157.
