One of the annual events in Rappahannock County is the spring fashion show sponsored by the Rap; pahannock Woman’s Club. At the 1991 Fashion Show, which was held Sunday, March 10 at RCES, the good cooks in the club served an afternoon tea.

In addition to the assorted tea sandwiches and pound cakes that are always served, here are several of the recipes that the club served this year.

Several people requested the recipes and the members were kind enough to share them with me to use in my column this week. Hope you enjoy them, too.
