PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land which Henry Lee and Mary Ellen Lee and Paul Lee died seized and possessed, located one mile west of Viewtown, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing Sixty Seven and 22 one hundredths (67.22) acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the said Georgia Proctor, Alice Howard Lee, Margaret Lee. James Lee, Lucy Lee and Winfield Lee are or may be non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the addresses of Alice Howard Lee, Margaret Lee, James Lee, Lucy Lee, Winfield Lee and the unknown heirs of Henry Lee, Mary Ellen Lee, Paul Lee, William Henry Lee, Lula Lee Togans, Charles B. Togans, Lucy Lee, Silas Lee, Paul Lee, Russell Lee, Helen Lee, Delia Lee, John Henry Lee, Russell Lee, Petel.ee, Winfield Lee, Addison Lee, Mary B. Lee, Fannie Lee Lawson, James Lee, George Lee, Nathan Lee and Johp Lawson, if they be living, are unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKOWN, it is. therefore

ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest
