Four people were indicted for a total of 10 crimes by the Grand Jury in Rappahannock Circuit Court on March 11.

Indicted by the three-woman, two-man jury were:

• Davis Lee Jenkins, of Culpeper, for breaking and entering and grand larceny. He allegedly entered the home of Harold Walker on Feb. 21 and took more than $200 of Mr. Walker’s property, according to court records.

His case was continued to April 18.

Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke requested a $2,000 personal recognizance bond for Mr. Jenkins, which was granted by Judge W. Shore Robertson.

• Romeo Wilbur Ferguson, for possession of PCP, possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

A caRias was issued for his arrest.

• Charles Allen Brown, 25, of Route 600, Sperryville, for breaking and entering and grand larceny. He allegedly broke into the Sperryville Exxon on Dec. 21 and took more than $200 in property, including pocket knives, gloves, disposable lighters and aspirin, according to court records.
