SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 12.1- 10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 1, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): SPECIAL EXCEPTION #

91-03-01 Mrs. Wilma Burke, Rt. 1 Box 11, Sperryville, VA 22740 contract purchaser of Tax Map 13, Parcel 81. (better known as the “Bru Wood’ property), desires to apply for a Special Exception to the Rappahannock Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of operating a residential care facility for more than five (5) persons, exclusive of owner/applicant, in an existing structure. Property is located just outside and north of the village of Flint Hill, VA on Rt. 522 and consists of twenty-five (25) acres This parcel is part of parent tract presently consisting of 63.871 acres and is zoned "A" Agricultural, located in Wakefield District. Use allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3-2 (M). Additional Standards 5.3-10, A,B,&C.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 1991, at 7:30p.m., at the Courthouse tor such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1- 9, if any.
