The arrest of a Castleton woman at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 10 led investigators from the Rappahannock Sheriffs Office to recover an allegedly stolen vehicle, according to Sheriff John Henry Woodward.
Responding to a citizen's complaint about a suspicious person, said Woodward, deputies asked Route 626 pedestrian Teresa Ann Dean for identification.
A check of her identification, said Woodward, revealed that Ms. Dean is allegedly wanted on fugitive charges by the Prince William County and Manassas Park police departments.
