Mrs. Alexander, proprietor for the store, was requested to have a company perform the pressurized test on the store’s three 1,000gallon number three tanks to determine if the tanks were leaking into the waterway or the soil.
A several hour test was performed by Gilbarco Enviromental Services on May 4.
On May 17, Mrs. Alexander was sent results of the tests.
“I was glad to get it in writing," Mrs. Alexander said, adding she felt confident the tanks were not leaking.
