Saturday evening guests for a cook-out of Mr. and Mrs. John Clark Jr., Amanda and Stacey were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Smart and children of Wheaton, Md.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler of McLean spent the weekend at their place on Blue Ridge Avenue.

Mrs. Evelyn Walker of Flint Hill and Mrs. Frances Eubank visited Mrs. Ella Clark and daughters near Front Royal on Friday.

Mrs. Frances Eubank entertained with a birthday luncheon on Sunday for her grandson Mike Hudson of Chester Gap. Guests were Mrs. Mike Hudson and Victoria of Chester Gap, Mrs. Mary Smoot and daughters Crystal and Maegan of Lake Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. Frankie Hitt of Woodville and Herndon Hudson.

Miss Hope Racer was honored with a ceremony at Piedmont Technical Education Center on May 24 where she received her Nursing
