The Library Board met this week at the new building, and the occasion of this week’s move led board chairman Dr. William Young to ask board members to start thinking about “where the library is, where it’s going and what the community expects of us.”
Dr. Young outlined several areas that could be open to new policies or new directions, including programs, the book collection, periodicals, reference and how to attract new readers.
