RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on July 1,1991, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): SPECIAL EXCEPTION #91-05-02 Mr. James E. Yates, “Beaconsfield", Rt 1, Box 330-C, Warrenton, VA 22186. (now residing in the Village of Flint Hill, VA). has applied for a Special Exception to the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordianance in order to subdivide an approximate 102 acre tract into four (4) separate parcels, each approximatley 12.1, 6.4, and 20 acres, respectively, leaving a residue of approximately 63.5 acres to be under Deed Restriction barring any future sudivision. Property is located on Route 637, Wakefield District, in Huntly, VA., and is zoned “A" Agricultural. Tax Map 14, Parcel 3A. Reference is made to Section 3.4-2(b), Article 3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 1991, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any.
