The controversy surrounding Pamela Lynn has boiled over in recent months following the decision last year by her and her mother-in-law, Clydetta Lynn, to set up Wakefield School with an independent Board of Directors.
Bassett and Miller had advised Clydetta Lynn during the past year as she prepared to convey the six-plus acres and buildings to Educo, a trust that was going to hold the property. Bassett and Miller are Educo’s trustees, and are presently holding a deed signed by Clydetta Lynn that has not been recorded in Rappahannock Circuit Court.
